Returns: The Perfect Impressions Factory® will accept the return of the goods sold to the customer only if the goods reach the customer in a damaged state. The Perfect Impressions Factory® should be convinced that the goods were sold in damaged condition upon submission of the proofs by the customer. The goods shall be accepted only if the proof is submitted on the same day of delivery. The Perfect Impressions Factory® shall not be liable to return the goods if the customer fails to produce the proof within the mentioned time frame.

Cancellations: As a general rule, all sales made on The Perfect Impressions Factory® are final and you shall not be entitled to cancel your order once you have received confirmation of the same. The Perfect Impressions Factory® reserves the sole right to cancel any order as per our discretion in case (i) we are unable to deliver the order in a satisFactory® manner and/ or (ii) the user tries to take advantage of the system which violates the Terms of Use. The Perfect Impressions Factory® will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made within a reasonable period of time.
